Cost is $27 to cover the conference room cost and tax. Bring your own project, normal stitching supplies, lamps and magnifiers if needed. Outside food and drinks with lids are welcome. You may bring snacks to share if you wish. Lunch and dinner are in your own and you do not have to stay at the hotel.
If you wish to stay overnight, the current rate is $152/nigh...t plus tax. I will try to get a group rate but it can't be guaranteed.
We will also do a stash swap so if you have stash you no longer want, bring it. What is left must go home with you.
Due to the room size, a maximum of 15 can attend. I must have a minimum of 10 to make this happen.
